Alexander M, Goerss represents national and international insurance companies in first-party property insurance defense matters. He is also experienced in handling commercial litigation, real estate, trusts and estates and tax litigation matters.
Alexander understands the importance of regular communication with insurance carriers and clients to provide status updates and risk exposure analysis at all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander was an attorney at a full-service Coral Gables-based law firm where he handled insurance defense litigation.
While in law school, Alexander was ranked among the top 25% of his class and selected as a Phi Delta Phi Member.
