Gina M. Sabatino

Gina M. Sabatino focuses her practice on insurance defense, admiralty and maritime matters, commercial litigation, and general liability defense. Her clients include insurance carriers, national corporations, and small businesses. Gina handles a range of civil litigation matters, including general liability claims in Florida state and federal courts, maritime cases in federal courts, and homeowner’s insurance claims.

Gina brings a creative and effective approach to her clients by skillfully determining strengths and weaknesses in her legal representation, while providing thorough tactical strategies throughout the litigation process. She applies the same approach in her transactional work, vessel purchases and sales.

Prior to joining the firm, Gina practiced at a commercial defense firm in Coral Gables, Florida handling insurance defense matters. While attending the University of Miami, Gina was a member of the Division I women’s tennis team, under full scholarship.
