Hamilton C. Armour counsels and defends clients in trucking and transportation matters. He has defended corporations in insurance, construction, and product liability disputes in both state and federal courts. He handles all stages of litigation, including drafting subpoenas, discovery documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Hamilton also prepares witnesses for court and conducts depositions.
During law school, Hamilton worked as a legislative correspondent for a Mississippi lobbying firm. He also served as an extern with the Mississippi Attorney General, where he supported Habeas and Death Penalty teams by researching legal issues, analyzing trial records, and attending oral arguments at Mississippi's higher courts.
