Jennifer Brennan is a seasoned workers’ compensation defense attorney, with experience conducting trials and preparing witnesses and medical experts. She represents employers, third party administrators and insurance companies in various counties in New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brennan was an attorney at a law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where she handled numerous workers’ compensation cases in which she attended pretrial conferences, prepared and argued motions to dismiss, motions to compel, motions for medical and temporary disability benefits and also negotiated settlements, where appropriate.
While in law school, Ms. Brennan worked as a law clerk for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania, where she conducted legal research and prepared memoranda on issues related to discovery, evidence and essential elements of criminal defenses.
