Barreras, Esquire, a founding partner of the Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, has been selected once again to plan the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s well-received educational seminar, "Handling the Workers’ Compensation Case” The seminar, scheduled to be held in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Thursday, December 1, 2005, in Philadelphia on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 and in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, will provide attendees with a comprehensive introduction to the litigation of a workers’ compensation claim – from the manner in which an injured worker should be interviewed by claimant’s counsel to the preparation of proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
