Chartwell Law is excited to announce the addition of W. James “Jamie” Flynn as a partner in the firm’s Charlotte and Charleston offices. A former prosecutor, Jamie is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in South Carolina and North Carolina. He is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who focuses his practice on general liability and casualty defense, insurance coverage, and workers’ compensation. With particular expertise in construction defect, transportation, and premises liability, Jamie represents businesses, insurers, and faith-based organizations.

Jamie joins Chartwell Law from Goodman McGuffey LLP. He is a 1994 graduate of Furman University and a 1998 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Jamie is a former North Carolina chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
