Chartwell Law announces the addition of Kristy M. Castagna, Patrick J. Santone, and Derek J. Mayhugh. All three are members of the general liability team and join Chartwell’s Philadelphia office.
Ms. Castagna joins the firm as a partner, and focuses her practice on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and professional malpractice litigation. She has successfully defended professionals in the insurance, healthcare and legal sectors with a focus on insurance agents and brokers. Castagna also manages general liability matters and maintains a robust appellate practice.
Mr. Santone, an associate, practices general liability litigation defending various matters including premises and product liability.
Mr. Mayhugh, also an associate, handles insurance defense litigation on behalf of insurance carriers and large employers on numerous matters such as construction defect, personal injury and premises liability.
