New York, NY, December 1, 2020 – Chartwell Law recently added Tiffany S. Fendley as an associate with the firm’s New York offices. Fendley, working both in New York City and White Plains, NY will be part of the firm’s general liability defense and insurance defense team handling a broad range of matters including toxic tort, premises liability and construction defect and accidents. Fendley will also assist with transportation defense matters for various entities including freight carriers, truck insurers, and school operators involving interstate and intrastate litigation. Well versed in New York Labor Law Section 240 and 241, Fendley will provide defense to construction companies and related businesses in matters involving construction site safety and the operation and regulation of construction sites.
Before joining Chartwell Law, Fendley handled general liability and labor and employment law matters for a large firm in New York, New York.
