Jarett L. Warner defends telecommunications and construction companies, as well as premises owners and managers in personal injury and commercial matters. These cases often include actions based on allegations of violations of the New York Labor Law and the Dram Shop Act, negligent security and general negligence claims.

Mr. Warner’s practice includes assisting clients in various product liability claims, the defense of employee, director and officer liability actions, insurance coverage evaluations and opinions, and prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions relating to insurance and indemnity obligations.
