NATHANIEL X. RIVERA focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation, construction litigation, dram shop liability, insurance defense, and personal injury. Mr. Rivera has handled several construction injuries cases, representing claims from framers and subcontractors that involve falling from heights, as well as premises liability cases for apartment complexes.

Mr. Rivera works closely with his clients to achieve a positive outcome. He has assisted in securing the dismissal of all claims against a condominium association in a commercial dispute, secured favorable settlements in motor vehicle actions and claims for First-Party Benefits.

After law school, Mr. Rivera served as a Judicial Fellow with the Honorable Daniel J. Anders of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and assisted in the drafting of judicial opinions as well as trial preparation. He then transitioned to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Motions Unit, where he served as a clerk and provided legal analysis and decisions on dispositive motions. Following his time with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Mr. Rivera served as an associate with a regional defense firm specializing in motor vehicle litigation, including wrongful death and survival actions.

While in college, Mr. Rivera received a United Scholars Grant, was a member educator of Pi Kappa Pi, and was involved in the Saint Joseph’s University Rugby Football Club. In law school, he received the Conwell Law Scholarship as well as Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Introduction to Trial Advocacy and Distinguished Class Performance in Corporate Taxation.   

When not practicing law, Nathaniel enjoys playing guitar, playing rugby, and running.
