KIMBERLY K. MORASKI is a 2004 magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is an associate in the Scranton, Pennsylvania office, where she concentrates her practice in representing self insured employers, insurance companies, and governmental and quasi-governmental agencies in workers' compensation matters. She also occasionally handles criminal matters on behalf of firm clients.

While at Widener University, Ms. Moraski was a member of the Widener Law Review Journal, receiving the Most Valuable Senior Staff Honor Award. She also participated in the Trial Advocacy Program. Ms. Moraski also received Honor Certificates in Civil Procedure, Property Law, and Employment Law for obtaining the highest grade point averages in both classes. Ms. Moraski began her legal career in 2007 in the criminal defense field with Munley and Associates in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Thereafter, she joined the Lackawanna County Public Defender's Office, where she continued to handle a host of criminal matters. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Ms. Moraski is an active member of those Associations and serves on several committees, including the Northeast Young Lawyers Committee for the PDI. Ms. Moraski also currently serves on the Board of the Young Lawyers Division of Lackawanna County and the Board of Directors of Lackawanna Pro Bono, Inc. which provides free or reduced legal services to indigent citizens of Lackawanna County. Ms. Moraski has authored "C.S. v. Department of Public Welfare: A Concurrent Collision of Appellate Review in Two Separate Forums," published in the Widener Law Journal.

Recently Ms. Moraski was selected by the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association to receive the YLD’s 2015 Michael K. Smith Excellence in Service Award.  This annual award recognizes an individual who, through exemplary personal and professional conduct, reminds lawyers of their professional responsibilities.
