Achille Alipour focuses his practice on first- and third-party complex insurance coverage matters, representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators and large self-insured businesses throughout New Jersey and New York. He is accomplished in evaluating policy coverage language and establishing litigation strategies that effectuate positive outcomes, remain cost-effective and minimize risk. In addition, Achille has experience handling regulatory matters and bad faith litigation.
Achille is well versed at litigating matters at all stages from initial claim, through to trial and appeal. He regularly appears in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
During law school, Achille was treasurer of the Student Bar Association and received honors from the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic. He also participated in the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Team and Nathan Baker Mock Trial Team. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Justine A. Niccolai in the Superior Court of New Jersey
Before joining Chartwell Law, Achille was an associate practicing insurance coverage litigation for a mid-size regional firm in Morristown, New Jersey.
In his free time, he enjoys Persian film and literature, downhill skiing and exploring new innovations in science and technology.
