Alina Hart is a seasoned trial attorney based in Miami, with extensive experience representing both insurance carriers and plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. With nearly two decades of litigation experience, Alina’s unique perspective—having worked on both sides of insurance and personal injury cases—allows her to be a highly effective advocate for her clients.
Throughout her career, Alina has handled a wide spectrum of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and insurance-related matters. She is responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from the inception of lawsuits through trial, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and complex motion practice.
Alina’s experience representing injured individuals in personal injury cases has given her valuable insight into plaintiff-side litigation. She applies this experience to defending corporations and insurance companies in bodily injury claims, personal injury protection (PIP) cases, and subrogation matters.
