Arielle Petyan is an associate in Chartwell Law’s Deerfield Beach office, where she handles general liability matters with particular focus on auto liability defense, personal injury, and premises liability. With over a decade of experience defending insurers, she quickly identifies issues and creates unique strategies to effectively manage risk while advocating for her clients.
Before joining Chartwell Law, Arielle worked as in-house counsel for several major insurance companies, where she handled personal and commercial insurance matters. As in-house counsel, she was responsible for developing company-wide litigation handling protocols, both pre and post-suit, often resulting in early case disposition, and led trainings on a range of legal issues to corporate clients and claims handling professionals.
