Amanda is experienced in drafting pleadings, discovery, expert discovery and motions in state and federal court. She assists clients in preparing memorandums, performing legal research and arguing motions at pre-trial hearings. Amanda works extensively on claims handling, defense planning, and managing risk with insurance carriers.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was an associate at a full-service Miami-based law firm where she handled insurance defense litigation.
