With a strong foundation in litigation and a creative background in entertainment law, Anna Schuelein brings a multifaceted perspective to her legal work. Prior to joining Chartwell, she practiced at a prominent New York firm, where she litigated complex liability cases involving insurance defense and labor law. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation, and she is known for her collaborative approach to client service.
Anna earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2022, following her B.A. in Communications and Business with a concentration in Media and Arts Management and a minor in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. While in law school, she clerked for the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, focusing on immigration and family law. She also gained experience in entertainment law, negotiating settlements in intellectual property disputes and drafting licensing agreements for television, music, and live theater performances.
Anna is licensed to practice in New York and Oklahoma. Outside the courtroom, she is a contemporary and jazz dancer with DanceWorks New York City, where she performs biannual shows and connects with fellow young professionals. As a passionate traveler and conversational French speaker, Anna has explored over a dozen countries.
