Bradley Pepper is a seasoned attorney based in Chartwell’s Deerfield Beach office, with extensive experience handling high-value commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2006 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2003.
Bradley has developed a reputation for his strategic approach to litigation, having led numerous cases to successful resolution through trials, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Over the past decade, he has managed large caseloads involving complex matters such as personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. His notable case results include a $1.4 million settlement in a premises liability case involving a restaurant deck collapse and other six-figure settlements in personal injury and liability cases.
Licensed to practice in Florida, Bradley is admitted to the Middle and Southern Districts. His commitment to excellence has been recognized by his peers, as evidenced by his selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2021 and by Florida Legal Elite Magazine in 2010 as one of the top 100 up-and-coming attorneys in Florida under 40. He is also an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Bradley is an avid tennis player and enjoys playing hockey. He also serves on the board of trustees at his synagogue, Congregation Kol Tikvah in Parkland. When he’s not advocating for his clients or engaging in his community, Bradley enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his athletic passions.
