Colin J. Davis focuses his practice exclusively on workers’ compensation. He represents employers, self-insureds, insurance carriers, and adjusters operating in New Jersey.
Colin handles claims from start to finish in venues throughout New Jersey including Camden, Lebanon, and New Brunswick, New Jersey. He believes developing good relationships within the venues in which he practices is a very important component of providing exceptional service to his clients. Recently, Colin successfully defended a client at trial in a workers’ compensation matter in which he successfully argued that that the petitioner’s injuries were not as severe as alleged. The judge’s decision significantly decreased the settlement recommendation resulting in a savings of almost $45,000 for his client.
While attending law school Colin clerked with the State Attorney’s Office in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. Upon graduating from law school, he worked as an eDiscovery attorney for prominent law firms in Dallas, Texas, Crystal City, Virginia, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an eDiscovery attorney, he worked in a variety of areas including finance, contacts, medical device recall, and real estate.
In his free time, Colin enjoys watching Penn State athletics and a myriad of other sporting events.
