Carla Wester is an experienced attorney specializing in workers' compensation, with over two decades of practice in Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2000 and her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1996. Carla is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Workers' Compensation Section of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
Throughout her career, Carla has represented insurance companies, employers, and injured workers in a wide array of workers’ compensation cases across all districts in Florida. Her extensive experience includes managing litigation, providing strategic legal counsel, and overseeing legal teams in multiple offices. Carla has a reputation for her client-focused approach, whether defending employers or seeking restitution for injured workers.
A proud native of Tallahassee, Carla’s passion for Florida State University runs deep. She, her father, and her oldest son all share the unique legacy of performing in the Marching Chiefs drumline. Outside of work, she is a black belt in judo, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their blended family of four sons.
