Charlie Whitten is a passionate attorney based in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as an Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. During law school, Charlie gained invaluable legal experience as a Judicial Extern for Judge John P. Torbitzky at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
In addition to his externship, Charlie spent two summers interning at the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his first summer in 2022, he worked in the Conviction and Incident Review Unit (CIRU), and in 2023, he handled the criminal docket, further sharpening his skills in criminal law. Charlie is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Bankruptcy Institute
Outside the office, Charlie enjoys spending his free time walking around Forest Park, soaking in the rich history and beauty of St. Louis.
