David A. Brosnihan has experience representing clients in a diverse range of legal matters, including, but not limited to, insurance defense and coverage, commercial litigation, premises liability and defense of retail, large property losses, construction litigation, professional liability, contractor liability, bad faith consumer protection, product liability, transportation liability, general trial and appellate practice, and workers’ compensation.
