He has extensive experience defending clients in a variety of tort claims. David also represents clients before administrative and regulatory agencies in areas such as credentialing, licensing, zoning, and other civil infractions.
Before joining Chartwell Law, David was senior counsel at Travelers Property & Casualty Insurance Co., where he counseled corporate leaders and insureds across the U.S. on contract negotiation and drafting, operations, regulatory issues, employee relations, technology, and more.
