Faraaz Jindani is a partner in Chartwell Law’s Virginia office, where he represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and general liability matters. He has litigated transportation, motor vehicle accident, and warrant-in-debt claims throughout Virginia, including on appeal before the Supreme Court of Virginia. And with extensive experience in the intricacies of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act, Faraaz guides his workers’ compensations clients through compliance, and when necessary, related litigation.
In his free time, Faraaz enjoys weight training and hiking.
