With over 10 years in practice, he has represented individuals and large corporate entities handling various matters including personal injury, insurance coverage, liquor liability, and property damage claims, with matters successfully resolved through defense verdicts and arbitration. He also has extensive experience handling complex pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.

Before attending law school, Carton was a high school history teacher. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two little boys as well as building and curating his extensive book and music collections.
