H. Carton Rogers IV is a skilled general liability defense attorney. With over 10 years in practice, he has represented individuals and large corporate entities handling various matters including personal injury, insurance coverage, liquor liability, and property damage claims, with matters successfully resolved through defense verdicts and arbitration. He also has extensive experience handling complex pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.
Carton prides himself on his ability to counsel and represent diverse constituencies and stakeholders in complex legal issues. He is equally comfortable interfacing with technicians and small business owners as he is with interacting with claims professionals and corporate risk managers and believes communication is paramount in developing a defense strategy that includes his client’s goals of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Carton practiced general liability defense for a boutique Philadelphia law firm.
Before attending law school, Carton was a high school history teacher. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two little boys as well as building and curating his extensive book and music collections.
