Heather Nivison is an associate in Chartwell Law’s Providence office. She defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured businesses in all phases of civil litigation throughout Rhode Island. Working closely with clients, Heather drafts pleadings, prepares for depositions and jury selections, and negotiates all matters with an eye toward efficient resolution – through litigation, and when appropriate, mediation and arbitration.
Heather played soccer in college, and in her spare time still enjoys participating in outdoor sports.
