Haylei Peart represents clients in various employment, discrimination, general liability, and labor law matters. She has handled all stages of litigation, from initial discovery to trials and settlements.
During law school, Haylei interned at the United Nations and the Westchester County Attorney’s Office. After earning her degree from Pace Law School, she returned to the Westchester County Attorney’s Office as an assistant county attorney in the Litigation Bureau. There, she defended the county's interests in state and federal courts, securing favorable outcomes in civil rights, environmental, employment, and general liability cases. Additionally, Haylei has advised higher education institutions on Title IX compliance and defended against related claims.
