Irene Nikolados is an experienced attorney based in Chartwell’s New York office, specializing in workers' compensation defense. She brings over a decade of experience representing workers' compensation insurance carriers and self-insured employers, expertly managing cases from inception through resolution. Irene handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, hearings, trials, and depositions of medical witnesses, with a strong focus on negotiating favorable settlements for her clients.

Irene graduated cum laude from both Albany Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2010, and Stony Brook University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in 2006.
