Jaimie Carlson is a highly-accomplished attorney with a focus on maritime, admiralty, and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience defending clients in high-stakes lawsuits, including major marine casualty cases, where her strategic litigation skills have led to favorable outcomes. Jaimie’s legal expertise spans pre-litigation, discovery, trial preparation, and alternative dispute resolution, making her a versatile advocate for her clients. She has also demonstrated a strong capability in real estate law, having drafted, redlined, and closed multi-million-dollar real estate agreements.

Jaimie earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2020, where she was an Executive Board Member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and received multiple merit scholarships. She is admitted to the bars of Florida and Massachusetts and holds federal court admissions in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Jaimie has contributed to the legal field through several notable publications, including a paper on marine casualty investigations for the 2024 River and Marine Industry Seminar and a piece on child separation from incarcerated mothers in the Social Justice Law Review.

Jaimie is an active member of the Federal Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Outside of the office, she is fully engaged in her community, playing roller derby for the past three years and volunteering for Tampa Pride. Known for her creativity and legal insight, Jaimie enjoys making and presenting celebrity lawsuit cases to her non-legal friends, dissecting high-profile legal battles like the Kardashian-West divorce and the Alex Jones defamation cases.
