Joline M. Spears focuses her practice primarily on first-party claims as well as general liability and casualty defense matters on behalf of large self-insured organizations and insurance companies in Florida.
In these areas of practice, she has conducted extensive analysis and pre-discovery fact investigation and document review of policy language, case facts and claim determination in residential first party property defense cases.
