Jarett's practice focuses on defending clients in general liability, property damage, and construction-related matters, with a particular emphasis on the telecommunications, film and television production, and retail industries. He also has significant experience defending homeowners in various types of general liability claims, as well as representing companies in professional liability cases.
In addition to litigation, Jarett takes a proactive approach to risk management, advising clients on risk transfer techniques and strategies. He aims to intervene before losses occur, but when a claim arises or litigation begins, he works to mitigate and limit potential damages, often shifting risk to other entities and insurers. Known for his aggressive and efficient case resolution strategy, Jarett provides zealous representation through all stages of litigation and is highly responsive to client needs.
