Katelyn E. Fischer is a civil litigation defense attorney practicing in both state and federal courts in Georgia. Katelyn’s practice focuses on first-party property claims defense, construction defect, premises liability and transportation litigation.
Katelyn represents her clients in their investigation and adjustment of liability and property claims and in defending her clients in coverage, bad faith litigation and arson, fraud, and property damage cases in State and Federal Courts in Georgia and the Southeastern United States. Katelyn understands the importance of regular communication with her clients and provides regular status updates and risk exposure analysis at all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Katelyn was a civil litigation defense attorney for a firm in Atlanta.
While in law school, Katelyn was the recipient of the CALI Award for legal writing as well as the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing. She was also a member of the Mercer Law Review, and served on the editorial board during her final year of law school.
