Keith Raven brings over four decades of litigation experience to the firm. A seasoned trial attorney, Keith has defended a broad range of personal injury cases, including trucking and automobile accidents, products liability, medical and pharmaceutical malpractice, premises liability, and complex commercial disputes. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 1982 and his B.A. from Hofstra University in 1979.
Keith is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He has secured significant trial outcomes, including a defense verdict in the Southern District of New York in a brain damage case with a $25,000,000 demand after a decade of litigation. He also achieved a $26,190,000 plaintiff’s verdict in a high-stakes personal injury matter.
Beyond the courtroom, Keith is an active member of the New York Bar Association and the New York Trial Lawyers Association. He brings remarkable insight and a results-driven approach to his cases, making him a valuable asset to the firm.
Outside of work, Keith is an avid golfer and shares a unique personal history—he is an identical twin who attended both college and law school alongside his brother.
