Lindsay B. Cohen focuses her practice on civil litigation matters. Lindsay defends commercial entities, self-insured organizations as well as insurance carriers in general liability cases involving issues relating to general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and motor vehicle liability matters.
Prior to joining the team at Chartwell Law, Lindsay worked out of Jacksonville, Florida, for various foreclosure firms throughout the state handling foreclosure and eviction matters for large financial institutions. Prior to her foreclosure work, she worked at boutique law firms in Naples, Florida, where she practiced employment law and commercial litigation, including highly complex litigation matters such as breach of contract cases, commercial eviction matters, partnership/shareholder disputes, and construction litigation.
