Lee Fiederer focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation disputes. He represents national, regional and local insurance carriers, as well as self-insured employers, large deductibles, captives, pooled insureds and third-party administrators and brokers. His clients span across industries, including health care, security and power companies, as well as placement agencies.
As a former in-house counsel for a national insurance company, Mr. Fiederer truly understands his clients’ issues and business models, and can handle matters cost-effectively. Specifically, he saves and recoups money through medical cost-containment and subrogation.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney at two Philadelphia area workers’ compensation firms. He also served as senior counsel at national insurance company specializing in workers’ compensation and other property and casualty insurance products.
Mr. Fiederer has spoken at the request of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, the Montgomery County Bar, and insurance carriers, self-insureds, brokers and medical providers.
