Michelle Greenberg serves as General Counsel to Chartwell Law. A seasoned litigator, Michelle oversees the firm’s professional responsibility and ethics matters. She works alongside firm leadership to evaluate and execute risk management initiatives as well as establish and implement Chartwell Law’s employment policies and procedures, including those relating to professional responsibility, ethics, and conflicts of interest.
Michelle brings a wealth of experience to Chartwell Law, having spent twenty years defending healthcare and commercial industry stakeholders in employment matters and complex business-related disputes. Michelle has served as counsel to various hospital medical staffs and represented clients at arbitrations and before federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey, Mississippi, Missouri, and Texas. Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Michelle served as General Counsel of a New Jersey law firm.
Michelle is a zealous and strategic advocate who approaches every challenge mindful of particular clients’ interests, engaging in litigation avoidance, effectuating settlements, or aggressively litigating – based on each client’s goals.
