Mitchell P. Hedrick, of counsel in Chartwell Law’s Peoria office, is a veteran civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on the transportation industry, including complex and high exposure catastrophic bodily injury and wrongful death litigation. Mitch frequently appears before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels on behalf of his clients. He zealously defends each client, beginning with pre-suit investigations and reaching through trial to verdict.
Before attending law school, Mitch was employed in the transportation, manufacturing, and construction fields. He still holds a Class A commercial driver’s license, and credits his early work experience with providing him a deep understanding of his clients and their business needs.
Mitch is especially proud of the pro bono work he does for Honor Their Sacrifice, an organization committed to the restoration and maintenance of U.S. Veterans’ gravesites.
