Nicole C. Rynston focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators.
She is experienced in all areas of defense including compensability, fraud, loss of wage-earning capacity, and labor market attachment. In addition, she has successfully defended the NY Special Funds Conservation Committee in liability matters related to Workers’ Compensation Law 25-a and 15-8.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole practiced for a mid-size firm in Garden City Park, NY where she handled workers’ compensation defense matters.
While in law school, she was selected for the Criminal Justice Clinic where she participated in the defense of indigent clients charged in Nassau County.
