Robert Evans is a dedicated attorney based in Chartwell’s Atlanta office, specializing in personal injury defense and civil litigation. With over five years of legal practice, Robert has successfully managed a wide range of cases from initiation to resolution, including two jury trials that resulted in defense verdicts. His experience spans auto accidents, slip and falls, homeowners’ coverage actions, commercial litigation, and Section 1983 actions, making him a versatile litigator with a deep understanding of Georgia tort law and civil procedure.
A graduate of Mercer University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2018, Robert distinguished himself as a Georgia Scholar and received the CALI Award for highest grade in Jurisdiction. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia College and State University, where he was selected as the 2014 Outstanding Political Science Major. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia.
Robert’s expertise includes handling depositions, expert witness evaluations, motions practice, and mediations, and he is dedicated to resolving cases efficiently and effectively. Outside of his professional life, Robert enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time on his grandparents' farm, where he developed a keen interest in antique tractors.
