R. Joshua "Josh" Gregory is a dedicated and dynamic attorney based in Georgia, with a strong foundation in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance law. Josh earned his J.D. from Mercer School of Law in 2024, following a B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2020. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2024 and is a member of the Young Lawyers Division, the Macon Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Josh brings a fresh yet well-rounded perspective to his legal practice.
During law school, Josh gained invaluable experience through a judicial clerkship with Judge Jeffrey Monroe in Bibb County Superior Court, where he drafted orders and bench briefs on complex legal disputes, primarily in insurance law. He also served as a summer associate at a prominent Macon law firm, where he was involved in a variety of litigation matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury. His work involved analyzing medical records, attending depositions, and conducting legal research to support case strategies and summary judgments.
Josh was also a member of the Mercer Advocacy Council and competed in Mercer’s National Mock Trial Team. As a result of his excellence in moot court competition and advocacy, he was inducted into the Mercer Law School chapter of the Order of Barristers.
Beyond his legal career, Josh was a collegiate athlete at the University of South Carolina, where he played baseball—a testament to his discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. He also worked in the office of U.S. Senator Tim Scott, where he managed constituent relations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
