Roger Manao is an associate attorney at Chartwell Law, bringing a strong foundation in risk management, insurance, and legal compliance. Roger graduated cum laude from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Risk Management, Insurance, and Economics. During his time at Temple, he was actively involved in the Gamma Iota Sigma Professional Risk Management Fraternity and consistently earned Dean’s List honors.
Roger earned his J.D. from Temple’s Beasley School of Law in 2024, where he was awarded the Beasley Scholarship and contributed to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. He also graduated with a certificate in business law as a result of completing significant course work to better understand the intersection between the industry and law.
Prior to joining Chartwell, Roger held diverse legal and risk management roles, including as a law clerk with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where he conducted complex legal research, analyzed insurance policies, and advised on risk mitigation strategies. As a legal intern at CorroHealth, Roger drafted and standardized business associate agreements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and supporting contract negotiations. He also interned at Apogee Insurance Group, where he provided insight into professional liability policies and client communications.
