Robert Skolnik, a Chartwell Law associate, represents insurers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators in Connecticut workers’ compensation matters. Robert is well-versed in the intricacies of Connecticut workers’ compensation law and has appeared in all eight workers’ compensation districts throughout the state.
While in law school, Robert served as Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal, and upon graduation, received awards for excellence in clinical work and service to the law school. Before joining Chartwell Law, Robert practiced workers’ compensation defense as an associate at a Connecticut law firm.
When he is not working, Robert can be found mountain biking, hiking, and listening to his vinyl record collection.
