Shannon McGee focuses her practice on insurance defense, property claims and disputes, premises liability and general civil litigation where she represents insurance carriers, corporations and condominium associations.
Shannon understands the importance of regular communication with insurance carriers and clients to provide status updates and risk exposure analysis at all stages of litigation. She is always responsive and available to her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Shannon handled insurance defense litigation for a lawfirm in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to that she has argued as a Certified Legal Intern in front of the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patricia Marino-Pedraza of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Shannon won the Best Student Award in Civil Practice when she interned with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she gained significant experience in civil litigation, settlement negotiations and mediations.
