Veronika Tadros focuses her practice on professional liability, general liability, and insurance defense, representing both commercial clients and individual property owners. She is known for her meticulous approach to case management, conducting thorough investigations, formulating strategic litigation plans, and consistently delivering successful outcomes for her clients. Veronika has achieved notable results, such as securing summary judgment for a property manager in a premises liability case and obtaining a motion to dismiss in a jurisdictional dispute. Her practice reflects her commitment to providing clients with consistent and effective representation.
Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Veronika gained valuable experience in general liability and coverage matters with a focus on personal injury, property damage, and labor law, working with both plaintiff and defense firms. She is also skilled in drafting and arguing summary judgment and dispositive motions, appearing in court for arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and oral arguments, and maintaining close relationships with her clients by offering regular case updates and preparing them for depositions.
Veronika earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she served as a student attorney with the Barbara C. Salken Criminal Justice Clinic and advocated for clients through The Legal Aid Society of Bronx County. After law school, she continued her work with The Legal Aid Society in its Parole Revocation Unit, an invaluable experience that shaped her as a litigator. A finalist in the American Association of Justice medical malpractice trial advocacy competition, Veronika demonstrated her commitment to advocacy early in her career. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Fluent in Arabic and conversational in Spanish, she is an advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to her professional achievements, Veronika is an avid traveler and adventure-seeker. She was born in Egypt, has played soccer for 16 years, and enjoys unique experiences like ziplining in Costa Rica and spending time with elephants in Thailand.
