Weathers is a trial attorney with considerable experience leveraging effective defense strategies from investigation through resolution across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He routinely handles accidents involving commercial motor vehicles, passenger vehicles, and other personal injury matters through all stages of litigation. He has also represented clients in business transactions, employment & labor, premises liability and product liability cases, and has experience in SIU claims investigation and defense.

Before joining Chartwell Law, Weathers was an attorney in the Ridgeland office of a regional law firm.
