There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor,” wrote Charles Dickens in his beloved book A Christmas Carol. As we approach the holiday season, the spirit of generosity and kindness begins to take root and blossom within each of us—if we allow it. At its core, this spirit embodies everything good about our world. It represents purity, second chances, unity, and, most importantly, unconditional love and compassion.

In this spirit, we are excited to share the remarkable efforts of Chartwell Law. Through their internal initiative, "Chartwell Cares," the firm has partnered with Fiorenza’s Food for Friends (F4), a national non-profit organization, to raise awareness about hunger through a companywide non-perishable food drive. F4’s vision is to create a world without hunger, and their mission is to connect sources of food to those in need at no additional cost. As part of this partnership, F4 has provided education about hunger and food insecurity to employees across Chartwell Law's 32 office locations.

In addition to the educational component, which included emails and videos about food insecurity, F4 partnered each Chartwell Law office with a local food bank or equivalent food agency. This approach allowed Chartwell to engage its entire team of over 250 attorneys and support staff with a unified message while empowering each office to provide localized support within their respective communities.

F4’s mission aligns perfectly with the firm’s Chartwell Cares program, which encourages a culture of giving back and making a positive impact in communities across the country. Through Chartwell Cares, the firm organizes and supports charitable efforts that address critical social issues, inspiring its employees to actively participate in meaningful initiatives that improve lives and strengthen local communities.

Chartwell’s team across 32 offices made a significant impact by collecting more than 5,500 pounds of food, contributing to the various food pantries, including Atlanta Mission, Friends of the Poor, and others.

Chartwell marketing is available for comment, as is F4 and the local food bank.
