Chartwell Law partner John M. Wutz was part of a panel that presented a 1-hour CLE course for the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. “How Retailers Can Sleep Easier During Times of Unrest” reviewed how 2020 has manifested circumstances that will likely lead to extensive litigation in more specific, niche areas of tort law for retailers and restaurants. The panel provided legal standards, thoughts on best practices and procedures for mitigating risk and an invitation to the audience to share their thoughts and experiences.
NRRDA offers a monthly CLE course to members on a complimentary basis.
