(Miami, FL) — Chartwell Law is proud to welcome partner Elisha M. Sullivan to the firm’s General Liability and Casualty Defense group in Miami, FL.
Elisha focuses her practice on admiralty and maritime law, including the defense of crew and passenger personal injury claims. She works with cruise lines and domestic and international insurers and their insureds, handling claims brought under the General Maritime Law, Jones Act, Limitation of Liability Act, and Death on the High Seas Act. She is experienced in appellate law and has represented her clients in appeals before Florida’s appellate courts as well as the Eleventh and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
She earned her bachelor’s degree with high honors from Eckerd College and her juris doctor magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
