Everett (“Rett”) Hixson III Named to 2023 Mid-South Rising Stars® List

Chartwell Law is delighted to announce Everett Hixson III was selected for inclusion in the 2023 edition of Mid-South Rising Stars® for Employment Litigation: Defense. Congratulations, Rett!

Rett is an associate in Chartwell Law’s Chattanooga office with a broad-based litigation practice focusing on commercial litigation and general liability defense. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Tennessee and a 2014 graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law.  

Mid-South Rising Stars® must be 40 years old or younger or have been practicing for fewer than 10 years. Recipients represent the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers based upon peer recognition and professional achievement.
