Elizabeth S. Cavallaro brings more than eighteen years of experience to her Pennsylvania workers' compensation practice. She is committed to the defense of self-insured entities, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. The scope of her clients includes large box retailers, manufacturing companies, food service industry, custodial services, health care providers, and civil service litigation involving both state and local municipalities.
Elizabeth provides early case assessment to each client and works diligently to guide her clients to the best possible outcome that is cost effective and aligns with her clients’ business and legal objectives. She has crafted her skill to close hundreds of claims within the first six months. Elizabeth understands the importance of quick resolutions before the onset of litigation to avoid unnecessary litigation costs for clients.
She is dedicated to her clients and often going in house and presenting on a variety of educational topics to help minimize risk and exposure. More recently Elizabeth has given presentations to clients via Zoom and Webinars to ensure that the channels of communication and education continue in a safe manner due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth worked at a full-service Philadelphia law firm, where she made Principal in 2011. While in law school, Elizabeth served as a clerk for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Sandra Schultz Newman. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two children when she is not working.
