Erica Marchetti-Burry is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney with extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters. She began her legal career as an assistant district attorney, honing her litigation skills in the courtroom before shifting her focus exclusively to workers’ compensation over a decade ago. She has successfully defended employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, from initial proceedings through appeals.

Outside of her legal practice, Erica has a lifelong passion for dance and is a professional clogger with The Fiddlekicks, a renowned clogging group. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving as a volunteer coach for the Unionville Mountain Biking Team and an active booster for the Unionville Wrestling Team.
